Detailed Product Description
The whole line is including:
1. fin press line with die
2. Straightening and cutting the aluminum tube
3. Assembly the fins together, and place the tube into the fins, that is called working table.
4. Expanding the tube and flaring the tube
5. Assembly the side plate
6. Install the main fins and sealing gasket in two ends.
7. Extend the head of tubes
8. Install the plastic water tank
9. Seal the water tank
10. Leakage testing
11. Finish the whole product
